Lusail's towers are new, but new does not mean finished. Owners and tenants in the Marina District, Fox Hills and along the Boulevard call us for the things the developer left out, and shop owners call when a unit has to be fitted out and opened on time.

Tower buildings have rules, and knowing them saves a wasted trip. Most management offices want to know in advance when a contractor is coming. Some ask for a work permit, allow noisy work only at set hours and want the service lift booked.
Ask your building what it needs, then tell us when you book. We plan the visit around the permitted hours and bring the identification the security desk asks for.
Units on the Boulevard and in the towers are usually handed over as a bare shell. We wire them to the tenant's layout.

Yes. The outlet is placed at the top corner of the window, inside the pelmet where it is hidden, and fed from the nearest suitable circuit.
Lusail is north of central Doha, so we confirm the arrival time when you call. Work that is not urgent is booked for a fixed slot, which also suits buildings that need notice.
It depends on your contract and on whether the defects period is still running. Report construction defects to the developer or the building management first. We handle what falls to you: additions, changes and faults outside that cover.
