For urgent electrical or plumbing problems, tell us it's an emergency and we'll arrange a same-day call-out where available.
Step 2
We contact you before arriving, visit your property and check the work required. The site visit and initial assessment are free. We explain the service, the materials needed and the price clearly before we start. We can supply the materials or use ones you've already bought, and larger projects are agreed in writing first.
Step 3
Our technician carries out the work with care and leaves the work area clean after the service. Payment is by cash, bank transfer or card on completion. On bigger jobs, the payment is split into an advance and a balance on handover, as agreed in writing beforehand.
