Start with a simple test. If one lamp flickers, swap it with a lamp from another fitting. If the flicker moves with the lamp, the lamp is at fault. If it stays where it was, the fitting, its driver or the wiring needs checking.
If every light on a circuit flickers together, or the lights dim each time the AC starts, the cause is further back: a loose connection or a circuit carrying too much. That calls for a DB board and circuit breaker check, not a new lamp.
A flicker that comes with a buzzing sound or a warm switch is a different matter. Switch that light off and have it looked at soon.
A chandelier is the heaviest thing most ceilings ever carry. These four steps keep it up there.

A heavy fitting is anchored into the concrete slab or a steel support, never into gypsum board alone.
The frame goes up first, then the arms, crystals and lamps. The connection is made in a proper junction.

Yes. Tell us its weight and the type of ceiling, and send a photo of the box if you can. We bring fixings to suit and assemble the fitting on site.
Not from the gypsum alone. A small opening is made so the fixing can be anchored into the concrete slab above, and the ceiling rose then covers the opening.
A small current is still reaching the lamp, usually through a switch with an indicator light, a dimmer, or wiring where the switch breaks the neutral wire and not the live one. It is rarely dangerous, but it should be checked, and the fix is normally at the switch.
It depends on the room size, the ceiling height and the output of the lamps. As a rough guide, downlights are spaced 1 to 1.5 metres apart and kept about half that distance from the walls. We mark the layout on the ceiling for you to approve before anything is cut.
Yes. Outdoor lights need weatherproof fittings, sealed joints and a circuit with ELCB protection. We can add a timer or a sensor so they do not burn all night.
Yes. From Saturday to Thursday we work around the clock, so lighting can be changed after closing time and be ready when you open.
